We enjoyed spending Sunday (Father's Day) with friends at the Scottish Festival and Renaissance Fair in Watsonville. There was even a cello-playing troll there! Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely, and I recommend this type of fair for all families with boys (or girls). Sword fighting, ancient weapons, costume, music, stone throwing...
