Eat: Max's Blackberry Crumble

Max's Blackberry Crumble: It's what's for breakfast.




Ingredients

1 cup oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 sticks softened, salted butter
4 cups blackberries
juice of one lemon

Directions

Rinse blackberries.
In a 9 x 13 baking dish, combine blackberries and juice of one lemon. Set aside.

Mix together first four ingredients, then with your hands combine the dry ingredients and softened butter until a crumble forms.

Evenly cover the blackberries with the crumble mixture.

Place baking dish into a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes.
